With over 40 years in the pizza business, Peter learned early on that great pizza isn’t about shortcuts — it’s about passion, consistency, and respect for quality ingredients. From the first dough he ever stretched to the pies coming out of the oven today, the philosophy has remained the same: quality first, always.
When Peter and Patricia took ownership in 2002, they built Messina Pizza around that belief. Their vision wasn’t to create just another takeout spot — it was to build a welcoming, neighborhood pizzeria where customers feel at home. A place where kids stop in after games, families gather on Friday nights, and regulars are greeted by name.
Messina Pizza isn’t a chain. It isn’t a franchise. It’s family. It’s hard work, long days, and pride in every box that leaves the counter. For over four decades in the pizza business — and under Peter and Patricia’s leadership since 2002 — the mission has stayed simple: serve great food, treat people like family, and never compromise on quality.

Every pizza begins with fresh dough prepared daily. Our mozzarella is sourced from Wisconsin, known for its rich, creamy quality. Tomatoes from California are carefully selected for their natural sweetness and flavor. Imported cheeses and premium oils are chosen intentionally — because every ingredient matters. Nothing is random. Every ingredient serves a purpose.
